Program philosophy

Readiness grows through play, confidence, and steady care.

The preschool program is designed to develop each child’s intellectual, social, emotional, and spiritual growth while preparing children for Kindergarten.

Every session has limited enrollment and is staffed by a certified teacher with experienced co-teachers. Children learn through circle time, free play, art, nature, science, stories, movement, music, gym time, playground time, field trips, and special activities.

Parents

Open door, clear communication.

Parents receive a printed calendar and newsletter each month, and the school gives as much advance notice as possible for field trips and special programs. Parents are always welcome in the classroom, though volunteering is not required.

Facilities

Room to move every day.

Children use the large Parish Hall gym daily and play on a fenced playground with swings, slides, climbing ropes, and a balance beam when weather allows.

Teachers

Experienced preschool staff.

Trinity Lamb Preschool teachers have many years of preschool experience with backgrounds in elementary and early childhood education.
